		<description>Brad, very well done.  I personally know how &quot;crow&quot; tastes after I got a little too emotional in a blog post.  The post became more attacking than informing and afterwards, I felt like I ambushed the guy for his opinion.  My apology didn&#039;t mean I changed my mind, no way, he was still wrong :) but I did feel better about it and it was good for the online community.  We both learned something.  I can still be firm in my beliefs, but more diplomatic as well.</description>
