  • EMBARQ_Joey ROCKS! I'm one of the Embarq customers that he has helped, and let me tell you, he turned my opinion of Embarq as a company around full circle! I am thrilled that Embarq took the step to use Twitter, I think it enables them the ability to give customers the chance to feel like they are actually being heard and are more than a number to them!
